Roger Knoepfel
Head of Vulnerability Management, National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC)
Roger Knoepfel is head of vulnerability management at the Federal Office for Cybersecurity in Switzerland. His team leads various projects such as the Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure or the Federal Administration's bug bounty programme to increase cyber resilience in Switzerland. Roger Knoepfel studied business informatics and has been responsible for improving cyber security and combating cybercrime in various roles in the IT and financial industry and in law enforcement over the past 20 years.
Serdar Günal Rütsche
Head of Cybercrime Cantonal Police Zurich & Head of Digital Crime Investigation Support Network (NEDIK)
Serdar Günal Rütsche heads the cybercrime department of the Zurich Cantonal Police and leads the national network for digital investigative support in cybercrime (NEDIK). With his many years of proven experience as a computer scientist and police officer, he is responsible for investigations in the field of cybercrime. Mr Rütsche has extensive experience in data analysis, surveillance measures and various forms of cybercrime, including ransomware, phishing and online fraud. He lectures at various universities on the topic of cyber security.
David Ribeaud

David Ribeaud is an experienced insurance professional with over 20 years of experience in underwriting, claims management, product development and pricing. Since 2015, he has been CEO Specialty Markets at Helvetia, where he is responsible for the speciality lines of engineering, marine, aviation, space, art and cyber, as well as the global reinsurance business. Before joining Helvetia, he held management positions at Nationale Suisse and Zurich Insurance Group. David Ribeaud places a high value on trust, transparency and empowerment in order to create an effective and fair working environment.
Bettina Zimmermann
CEO | Crisis management and security expert
Bettina Zimmermann is CEO and co-owner of GU Sicherheit & Partner AG, multiple book author and board member. Since 2009, she has been providing preventive advice to companies and authorities in the areas of crisis management, crisis communication, risk and business continuity management and threat management. She also supports companies in acute crisis situations. To date, she has assisted companies in over 250 crisis situations. She also lectures on crisis management, crisis communication and corporate governance at various universities of applied sciences and Rochester University in Bern.
Wolfgang Maier
Neuropsychologist
Wolfgang Maier, curative educator and neuropsychologist, is an expert in the use of neuropsychological methods to improve self-perception and self-control. His expertise includes the use of biofeedback and neurofeedback to positively influence neurobiological processes. He uses these techniques in particular to treat ADHD and to promote positive behavior in children and adolescents. Mr. Maier is involved as a guest speaker at educational and therapeutic pedagogical congresses and supports the introduction of neurofeedback in schools to improve the learning environment.

Ursula Sury has been Vice Director of the Lucerne School of Computer Science and Information Technology in Rotkreuz since 2016 and is responsible for continuing education. In addition to her academic activities, she is President of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of Advokatur Sury AG, where she also practices as a lawyer. Since 2012, Ursula Sury has also been active as an expert for data protection audits at the Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems (SQS). Ms. Sury studied law at the University of Zurich, was admitted to the bar in the Canton of Lucerne and completed a postgraduate degree in economics and education at the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
Simon Reinhart
Founder Cyber Security Reinhart; Bug Bounty Hunter
After completing his BSc in Computer Science at FFHS, Simon Reinhart started a job as a penetration tester / cyber security engineer in 2017 as a career changer. About two years ago, he decided to take part in a bug bounty program. He quickly discovered the first vulnerabilities and received a reward for doing so. That was the start of a new passion. Finding vulnerabilities, being rewarded based on their criticality, constantly competing with other hackers and helping to make applications more secure became an important hobby. With well over 500 vulnerabilities verified, Simon took the plunge and now earns his living as a freelance bug bounty hunter and security researcher.

With over 20 years of experience in software development, project management and IT security, Marcel Eyer leads the technical aspects of GObugfree as Co-CEO and CTO. His extensive expertise in developing secure applications confirms his commitment to the integrity and reliability of the GObugfree platform. Marcel uses his passion for excellent software products to actively drive the technical vision of the company.

Coen Kaat is deputy editor-in-chief of the specialist magazine IT-MARKT at Netzmedien AG and also writes for Netzwoche, IT-Markt and CEtoday in this role. In 2013, he completed an internship at SRF in the Kulturplatz editorial department. From 2006 to 2014, Coen Kaat studied at the University of Zurich (UZH) and graduated with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Popular Cultures, Dutch Studies and General Linguistics.
