Isabel Steiner - KEYNOTE
Lead Engineer at AlpineAI
Isa Steiner started her career in 2003 at Swisscom Innovations as R&D developer and project manager. In 2008, she joined local.ch as Engineering Director. After a few additional years in leadership positions in the Swisscom environment, she moved to the Swisscom Outpost in Silicon Valley as part of a new assignment as VP Business Development. This was followed by additional roles as CTO of siroop and CAR FOR YOU and as Product Manager at Youtube. Recently, Isa joined AlpineAI as Lead Engineer and is responsible for the development of SwissGPT with her team.
Raphael Reischuk - KEYNOTE
Co-founder Nationales Testinstitut für Cybersicherheit: NTC
Raphael Reischuk is Head Cybersecurity at Zühlke and co-founder of the Swiss NTC. He is Vice President of Digitalswitzerland's Cybersecurity Committee, a member of SATW's Cybersecurity Advisory Board, and a regular speaker at international conferences. In 2021, he was elected as one of the Top 100 Digital Shapers in Switzerland. After his studies in computer science with a focus on information security, Raphael received his PhD with honors in web and cloud security from CISPA and Cornell University. He is also a co-developer of the SCION Internet architecture developed at ETH.
Franz Grüter - KEYNOTE

Born and raised in Lucerne, Franz Grüter showed a strong interest in politics and history from a young age. His professional career took him to the green.ch Group, where he served as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors from 2008 to 2015. Despite his move to the Swiss National Council in 2016, he remained with the company as Chairman of the Board and continued to influence its strategic direction. With his deep experience, he combines entrepreneurship and politics to represent perspectives of entrepreneurs on a political level.
Anna Mempel
Dozentin Informationssicherheit bei der Fernfachhochschule Schweiz
Anna Mempel has many years of experience in the IT spectrum, ranging from software development and project management to managing a branch office of an international cyber security company. Her consulting focus is on the management and implementation of IT security projects to establish and improve information security and compliance.
Simon Müller
Chef Kommando Cyber der Schweizer Armee (ab 1.1.24)
After graduating from high school, Simon Müller studied at the ETH Zurich and graduated as a physicist in 2002. After a stint as a temporary military officer in the Swiss Air Force and various positions in the military sector, he joined Thales Suisse SA as a consultant for one year in 2013. From 2015, he served on the Army Staff, and since 2017 he has headed the Command and Control Systems Competence Center in the Army. Currently, Müller is deputy project manager in the Cyber Command and represents Switzerland in the Federated Mission Networking Management Group.
Antoine Neuenschwander
Tech Lead Bug Bounty & Security Incident Responder
Antoine Neuenschwander is the technical lead of the Bug Bounty Program and Security Incident Responder at Swisscom. He is a passionate cybersecurity practitioner with more than 15 years of experience in various roles in software development, IT security operations and penetration testing and is committed to open discussion of these topics on social media. In his spare time, he is active as an ethical hacker.
Michael Schläpfer
CSO und Co-founder bei GObugfree
With more than 20 years of experience in IT security and a PhD in computer science from ETH Zurich in information security, Michael Schläpfer has a strong background in research and teaching. He is one of the founders of GObugfree, and as such helped build the Swiss platform for vulnerability detection and management. In his role as CSO, he is responsible for managing the community of over 1000 ethical hackers.
Vania Spescha
Moderatorin
Vania Spescha was born in Chur and is well-known from radio and TV. The Graubünden native is at home in entertainment, hosts the show "on the rocks" on Blue Zoom and is the Sunday voice on Radio Energy. In her private life, Vania is a mother of two and at home in the Zurich area.
