How it works

Three steps to a real hacking experience – safe, controlled and educational.

Step 1:
Kickoff call

Together with GObugfree experts, the institution defines the scope in an onboarding call. We take care of setup and guide you through the platform – at no cost and fully compliant with data protection laws.

Step 2:
Students dive in

Students register on the platform, read the rules, and start hunting. The challenge runs for a defined period – with real triage and constructive feedback.

Step 3:
Learn, grow – and earn rewards

The best submissions are rewarded with cash or prizes. Everyone receives a certificate – a great first step towards a career in cybersecurity.
